Overview of Occupational Health and Safety Issues

Co-ordination of consultants, sub-contractors and specialised suppliers.

Distribute site instructions

Control site issues-i.e. contaminated site

Process and distribution of instructions via “aconex” program

Assess progress claims, variations, and payments

Scope:

Redevelopment to gaming, bars, kitchen and general public/dining areas including dining space.

Brief:

Formulate design scope, concepts, planning approval design development, tender/construction documentation, appointment of contractors, contract administration, and compliance of works.

Design Compliance:

Appoint and co-ordinate sub-consultant engineers formulate design and compliance.

Coordination of the project includes design/selection of layouts/fittings/materials to provide a facility with appropriate scope to deliver building with a modern use, security and occupational health and safety.
